Descripción genérica del puesto
Coordinar y ejecutar las actividades necesarias para mantener la integridad de los datos. Esto a través de los reportes de monitoreo del sistema Oracle. Apoyar a materiales con los analisis necesarios para encontrar las causas raíz de las discrepancias derivadas de un conteo cíclico, Así como el involucramiento de las partes interesadas para dar un plan de acción y el seguimiento a este.
Responsabilidades:
- Correr reportes en sistema Oracle con la finalidad de auditar y evitar anomalías en este.
- Analisis y seguimiento a las discrepancias derivadas de un conteo cíclico.
- Limpieza de localidades negativas, con previo analisis.
- Revisión de errores en Operation Secuence.
- Bitácora de cortos para reportar produccion.
- Soporte a piso de produccion para reportar por falta de balance con previo analisis para mitigar las causas raíz.
- Auditar lo que reporta produccion y no tiene balance.
- Revisión de los conteos Ciclicos con discrepancia en piso de produccion.
- Soporte en la toma de inventarios físicos y trabajo en el analisis de los resultados del API
- Involucramiento en los cambios de Ingeniería.
- Involucramiento en los NPI’s.
- Actualización de métricos y gráficos.
- Identificar áreas de oportunidades para mejorar el control de material en piso.
- Reportar en forma periódica avances sobre actividades asignadas y programadas
- Cumplir con Política de Seguridad, normatividad y procedimientos de seguridad aplicables en la empresa.
Autoridad: Realizar transacciones entre localidades.
Requerimientos básicos:
- Conocimientos en flujos y control de material
- Conteos Ciclicos
- Habilidad Analítica
- Comprender demanda y consumo de componentes
- Iniciativa para transformar o promover cambios
- Habilidad para relacionarse e interactuar con otros departamentos.
- Proyectos y análisis para resolver necesidades en el área de producción
- Conocimiento medio en Office
- Experiencia en sistema Oracle, conocimiento del funcionamiento del ERP
- Proceso de scrap
- Proceso exportación de scrap
Requerimientos deseables:
- Experiencia en Kaizen
- Experiencia en Equipo de Mejora
- Integración y manejo de Trabajo en Equipo
- Trabajo bajo presión
