Job Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will gather information from policyholders, make policy changes, prepare rate quotes, make outbound calls to prospective customers, offer additional products and help our customers select the insurance policy that's best for them.

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Resolve customer inquiries, explain insurance coverage and make changes to policies

* Handle inbound calls for service
* Help customers that come into the office for service

* Work with the customer to ensure they are properly insured

* Take calls and handle each request to ensure customers are satisfied on the first call

* Offer additional insurance products to fill gaps on our customer's policy

* Navigate our internal computer system to look up customer information and update policies

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Candidate Qualifications:
*Active General Lines Property and Casualty Agent license for Texas preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior customer service experience preferred
* Demonstrated job stability
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Bilingual Spanish/English
* Excellent computer and multi-tasking skills
* High level of dependability
* Ability to gather accurate information
* Must be comfortable working in an office environment
