GEICO Braintree is Hiring!
We are looking for dedicated, experienced, and Spanish-speaking customer service representatives to join our dynamic team. If you’re ambitious, positive, and team-oriented with a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you! High proficiency in web-based software applications is a must.
GEICO Braintree is committed to providing excellent service to clients who entrust their home, auto, and other insurance needs to us. As a productive member of our team, you will enjoy the benefits of representing a nationally recognized brand and industry-leading product lines.
This position also offers candidates the opportunity to earn their insurance license in order to cross-sell existing customers. We will provide time to study and cover the cost of the exam!

- Candidates must be local (this is an office-based position) and have reliable transportation (car)
- US Resident or Citizen status (we do not offer work visas at this time)
Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class service and support to existing policyholders
- Explain various aspects of Auto, Home, Renters, and other product lines
- Educate clients on GEICO’s full line of insurance products
- Manage a large database of customers in our CRM platform
- Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention calls
- Help the sales team contact customers via phone and email on a daily basis
- Work some Saturday shifts 10am-2pm and some 10am-6pm shifts Monday - Friday
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Spanish fluency
- Prior success in a Client Service Representative role or similar
- Honesty, Integrity, a Positive Attitude, Competitive spirit, and willingness to learn
- High-energy personality and a love for working with people
- A detail-oriented and highly thorough approach to work
- An ability to manage challenging customer interaction situations
- Strong computer and software skills
- Punctuality

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
