Job Description
Responsibilities:
Run daily expedite reports to determine pulls for FedEx to fill stock transfers & back orders for customers/distributors.
Work with customer service team to enter, re-route, and manage back orders to the designated final destinations via the appropriate shipment method.
Create pick sheets and provide to shipping team follow up with tracking reports to verify shipments completed.
Execute the shipping method for critical work orders along with create purchase orders and deliveries.
Support Sr. Distribution and sterilizer Coordinator
Work with shipping and import/export teams to determine release dates of finished goods to sterilizer.
Track and Communicate sterilization status with internal partners and provide ETA’s when necessary.
Monitor loads aging across the pipeline (Manufacturing facility to Sterilizer) to ensure all is inside the predetermined lead times.
Track damaged products on shipments from the manufacturing facility to the different sterilizers or post sterilization, to ensure the appropriate rework process occurs.
Close out work orders post sterilization and perform order discrepancies reviews to be able to close them up with in the predefined time.
Schedule and communicate deliveries to needed departments and coordinate with import-export and carriers.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in System engineering or related field.
Work Experience:
1-3 years on similar role/function.
Experience on US distribution networks
Experience applying concepts of basic algebra and/or statistics.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Bilingual (Fluent in English).
Effective Communication
Experience MS Office
Experience SAP (Intermediate)
Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
