Role Summary The Analyst II, Technology Operations role is an entry-to-mid-level position focused on supporting technology operations, program execution, process improvement, and business initiatives. This role works under the guidance of senior team members and contributes to the successful delivery of operational and technology-related projects. Prior experience in program or project management is helpful but not required. A willingness to learn, collaborate, and develop both technical and business knowledge is essential for success in this role.   About the Team Our team drives the delivery and operation of technology-enabled business solutions through program coordination, operational support, process governance, and continuous improvement. Collaborating across business and technology functions, we streamline workflows, enhance visibility, and reduce operational friction to ensure efficient execution of initiatives. By leveraging data-driven insights, standardized processes, automation, and cross-functional collaboration, we enable informed decision-making and scalable value delivery. Positioned at the intersection of business operations, technology, and program delivery, we connect people, processes, and tools to transform complex challenges into sustainable solutions that improve productivity and organizational effectiveness.   What You'll Do

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities for small- to medium-sized initiatives.
• Develop automated methods for tracking project schedules, deliverables, milestones, and status updates.
• Help identify resource needs, risks, dependencies, and potential obstacles while supporting accountability and execution tracking.
• Develop an understanding of business priorities, operational processes, and organizational goals.
• Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of operational metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance customer and associate experiences.
• Support implementation efforts with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
• Apply a data-driven mindset by leveraging analytics, reporting, and automation to improve decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Create and enhance project health reporting, dashboards, and status communications.
• Seek opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve operational workflows and processes.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
