About the location:

What you will do

• Carries out any maintenance as scheduled.
• Handles work orders and is able to work across the disciplines of Engineering.
• Good knowledge of building maintenance.
• Maintains logs on movement and inventory of stock items and tools.
• Close out work orders and ensure minimal impact on the guest.
• Above all else provide quality service that ensures guest satisfaction.
• Answers e inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner and ensures the smooth running of the shifts.
• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Maintain and repair all phases of plumbing, steam fitting, gas and water lines. 
• Caulk and apply lead bends. 
• Ensure work order is carried out properly.
