Brand Marketing Specialist, Sportswear

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Brand Marketing Specialist is part of the Brand Marketing team in Spain. This role works across Brand, Product, Communications and Marketplace teams, as well as with external agencies and partners, to deliver locally relevant Sportswear initiatives that connect product, consumers and culture across Spain.

 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive and culturally curious Sportswear Specialist who combines strong product operations and project management skills with a passion for brand, product and culture. They can translate broader brand strategies into clear, locally relevant plans and impactful execution.

They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines in a fast-moving environment. They understand Spain’s urban culture, particularly in Barcelona and Madrid, and stay curious about emerging communities and trends across music, fashion, sport, street culture and creativity. They communicate clearly, build compelling presentations and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

• Strong product operations and project management skills, including experience with operational systems, processes, trackers and product management tools.
• Proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, visually compelling presentations. Strong Excel skills for managing budgets, product information, timelines, trackers and operational data.
• Strong knowledge of and curiosity about Spain’s urban culture, with the ability to translate cultural and consumer insights into locally relevant brand plans and executions.
• Strong communication, storytelling and collaboration skills, with confidence presenting recommendations and working across functions and external partners.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan is preferred.
  

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will help develop and execute locally relevant Nike Sportswear brand plans across Spain, connecting brand strategy, product and key cultural communities. You will combine product operations, cultural insight, creative thinking and cross-functional collaboration to turn broader Brand Marketing strategies into strong local execution.

• Own and coordinate product operations for Sportswear brand initiatives, ensuring requests, orders, deliveries and returns are managed accurately and on time across campaigns, activations, seeding, events and cultural initiatives.
• Navigate internal product and operational systems, maintaining visibility of product requests, availability, shipments, timelines and deadlines. Identify issues early and drive solutions.
• Build a strong understanding of urban culture across Barcelona, Madrid and wider Spain, staying connected to emerging movements, communities and talent in music, fashion, sport, street culture and creativity.
• Help translate global and EMEA strategies into relevant local Sportswear initiatives, including clear plans, presentations, briefs, timelines and execution frameworks.
• Bring consumer insight, cultural knowledge and creative thinking into campaigns and activations, ensuring initiatives are locally relevant, culturally credible and connected to how consumers engage with the product and brand.
• Partner across Brand, Product, Communications, Marketplace and other teams, connecting stakeholders and managing multiple workstreams and deadlines with ownership and accountability.
• Support projects from concept to execution, including agency and external partner management. Provide clear briefs, feedback and follow-up to deliver high-quality brand experiences.
