Description
Our client is a well-established and leading HVAC and mechanical solutions provider serving commercial and residential customers throughout the Northwest. Specializing in equipment sales, replacement parts, and technical support, they deliver reliable products and expert service to contractors, engineers, and facility managers.
They are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support their HVAC and mechanical sales operations. This individual will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth, with dedicated responsibility over boiler and exhaust product lines. This position is critical to maintaining and expanding the client's strong relationships with contractors and industry professionals across the region.
This role offers a competitive salary of $75,000–$90,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off and holidays, ongoing product and technical training, and opportunities for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotes for HVAC equipment, parts, and mechanical systems
- Assist customers with product selection, specifications, and availability
- Process orders and coordinate with warehouse and operations teams
- Maintain and grow relationships with contractors and repeat customers
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for boiler and exhaust product line inquiries
Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of inside sales experience; HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or construction industry experience preferred
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, parts, and equipment preferred
- Ability to read blueprints or mechanical schedules is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High school diploma required; technical training or degree preferred
