Description
A leading organisation is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join a dynamic customer support team. This opportunity is ideal for young professionals who are eager to build their careers in customer service while gaining valuable experience in a leading contact centre environment. Successful candidates will engage with customers, resolve queries efficiently, provide accurate information, and deliver a professional customer experience across every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries.
- Resolving customer concerns.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Adhering to service level standards.
- Delivering outstanding customer service while working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate must be between 18 and 34 years old.
- Hold a degree or diploma.
- Reside within a 20 km radius of Woodmead.
- Have a clear criminal record and good credit standing.
- Be available to commence employment from approximately 15 September 2026.
- Previous call centre or customer service experience will be advantageous.
