Summary:
As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing the overall structure of the data platform, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. This role requires close collaboration with various architects to align system integrations and data models, fostering a unified and efficient data environment. The position demands strategic planning and continuous refinement of the platform blueprint to support evolving business needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and maintenance of scalable data platform architectures that support organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical and professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling principles and best practices for designing robust database systems.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and understanding of distributed database technologies.
- Ability to design and optimize data storage solutions for performance, scalability, and security.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex database issues and implementing effective solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Database Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
