As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and shaping the overall data platform framework, ensuring that all components align seamlessly with the broader organizational data strategy. This role requires close collaboration with various architecture teams to integrate systems and data models effectively. The position demands a thoughtful approach to creating scalable and efficient data solutions that support business needs, while continuously refining the platform blueprint to adapt to evolving requirements and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data platform strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of technical excellence.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing scalable data architectures using cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with data integration techniques and ensuring interoperability between diverse data systems.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and pipelines for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and best practices to maintain data quality and security.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
