Location: Dallas, TX
Position Summary:
We are searching for a leader to head up all aspects of the development pipeline, platform and performance for multifamily/mixed-use deals across the greater DFW metroplex, at the highest level. This position will be responsible for the full life cycle (soup to nuts), working hand in hand with the business strategy and other executives, in taking this firm to the next level and continuing to build out the DFW regional platform and team, with the eventual opportunity to take on the Phoenix market as well (leading and sharing in that success).
These are class A, design intensive (focus on function and market/submarket needs analysis) multifamily developments, where the typical project is $70-100M+ across podium, wrap, “gurban” and garden products. The ideal person will be passionate about multifamily/mixed-use real estate and understand real estate development and this market/region. This position will be the market leader, working across business functions within an integrated business model (investment, development, in-house GC/construction, property management) and will have support to create success... the opportunity to generate and deliver high quality deals and site control.
