Overall Job Purpose

Acts as a frontline field Manager to Identify Existing and Potential Producers to Recruit, Train, Retain, Drive and Develop towards higher productivity. He/ She will assist and support Branch Manager / Head of Sales in achieving the Sales Budget and realizing goals of Profitability, Growth, Retention, Professionalism, Compliance & Customer Satisfaction.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Act as Key person driving our branch performance in both agency and franchise dealer in Penang.
• Deploy & execute Company / Branch Business Strategy Plans including budget formulation.
• Develop & deliver weekly Agency Activity Plan, Sales Projection and effectively elevate the productivity of our existing partners via strong and consistent growth in new business and renewals.
• Unlocking cross-selling opportunities within existing clients to maximize value.
• Expansion of the branch agency force through quality recruitment.

• Trainer on both soft skill/ product knowledge - train, update or refresh business partners on the changes, Product, mind mapping, cross selling, etc.
• Recruit more partners to offer AIG products to customers.

• Assist Finance Team to perform collection on overdue policy premium.
• Accomplish tasks assigned by Management as and when required.

General Working Skills / Abilities

• Competent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Requirement

• Having exposure in sales / marketing with good communication skill from insurance agency management, bancassurance or retail/ commercial banking sales environment
• Responsible, Passion in learning new things, Proactive and is a good team member.
• Strong interpersonal skills with good communication flair.
• Organized, result-focused and able Likes to work under tight deadlines.
