In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our facilities safe, clean, compliant, operationally ready, and equipped to support quality patient care, helping us move forward with purpose and precision. Essential Job Duties:
- Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including work orders, repairs, maintenance, inspections, facility rounds, and vendor services across multiple locations.
- Coordinate Environment of Care activities, preventive maintenance, fire and life safety requirements, inspections, and corrective actions to support regulatory and accreditation readiness.
- Lead Environmental Services operations by supervising staff, coordinating schedules, monitoring cleanliness and quality, and ensuring appropriate cleaning and disinfection standards.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers while maintaining strong relationships, service documentation, and follow-through on facility needs.
- Oversee organizational fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, inspections, registrations, records, compliance, and service schedules.
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory activities for facilities and assigned supplies, including obtaining quotes, managing vendors, monitoring inventory, and supporting cost-effective purchasing.
- Supervise, coach, and support assigned staff while identifying operational issues, coordinating solutions, and escalating matters requiring leadership direction or additional resources.

Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in facilities management, operations, maintenance, supply chain, or related field.
- Experience in facilities, maintenance coordination, Environmental Services, fleet management, procurement, or related operational functions.
- Experience supervising staff and coordinating vendors or contractors.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Healthcare, FQHC, or regulated-environment experience.
- Experience with Environment of Care, regulatory compliance, fleet operations, purchasing, or inventory management.
