Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining solutions that effectively address performance requirements, enhance capabilities, and ensure scalability. The position demands a strategic approach to technology planning, collaborating with various stakeholders to align architectural designs with business objectives and technical constraints. Continuous evaluation and refinement of architectural frameworks are integral to maintaining robust and adaptable technology environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate diverse technology components into cohesive solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Administration.
- Experience in managing and optimizing hyper-converged infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies and storage solutions.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance architecture frameworks.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex system issues and implementing effective resolutions.
- Familiarity with cloud integration and hybrid infrastructure management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Nutanix Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
