Description
The internship provides hands-on
exposure to multiple digitalization and Operation Excellence projects, spanning
operator training certification systems, cleanroom attire tracking, production
line monitoring, digital assessments, real-time walk observations, and
equipment status reporting. These projects collectively aim to enhance
operational efficiency, compliance, and data visibility across semiconductor
manufacturing operations. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Operator Training & Certification: Support the systematic training and certification of production operators and technicians through structured Operation Excellence (OE) programs to ensure workforce competency and compliance. Training System Management: Assist in
maintaining and improving training frameworks that track operator progress,
qualification status, and certification milestones across production lines Cleanroom Engineering: Learn and apply cleanroom operational standards, including proper attire protocols and attire tracking systems, to ensure compliance with environmental and contamination control requirements Attire Tracking: Support the
monitoring and documentation of cleanroom gowning compliance, ensuring all
personnel adhere to established attire guidelines within controlled
environments Digitalization Initiatives: Contribute
to OE-driven digitalization projects aimed at improving operational efficiency
and data visibility across the organization. E-Exam: Assist in the development and administration of digital examination platforms used for operator and technician knowledge assessments and certification. E-Gemba: Support the implementation of
digital Gemba walk tools that enable real-time floor observation, issue
logging, and continuous improvement tracking. E-Greenline: Participate in the digitalization of Greenline processes to streamline production performance monitoring and reporting. E-ESR: Contribute to the digital transformation of Equipment Status Reporting (ESR) systems to enhance equipment monitoring, escalation, and resolution workflows. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Pursuing a major in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Engineering, providing a solid technical foundation relevant to semiconductor operations. Research Orientation: Possessing a research-oriented mindset with a keen interest in data analysis, root-cause investigation, and systematic problem-solving approaches. Analytical Thinking: Exhibiting strong logical reasoning skills and the ability to approach complex engineering challenges with curiosity and rigor.
