Job Description:
- Support the Account Management team in daily business operations, reporting and process enhancement initiatives.
- Assist in client data management, including data maintenance, analysis and reporting.
- Conduct business and client-related data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Support account management activities and help maintain relationships with institutional clients.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Research and other internal stakeholders to support client servicing and business development initiatives.
- Assist team leads and business managers in ad hoc projects and operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel; basic programming skills (e.g. Python, VBA, SQL) are a plus.
- Interest in financial markets and institutional brokerage business.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Detail-oriented, reliable and able to adapt to a fast-paced business environment.
- A proactive team player who can work effectively with different stakeholders.
