Project Manager – Enterprise Platforms (Onsite, Karachi, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of project management experience in a technology organization.
• Experience delivering digital platforms, SaaS products, OTT solutions, or enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional and multi-team environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable project management tools.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with GCC, UK, or US clients.
• Exposure to cloud-native and AI-driven ecosystems.
• Proven ownership of delivery outcomes, with structured execution and disciplined governance.
• Proactive approach to risk and dependency management.
• Ability to communicate clearly and drive accountability across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation through closure and transition to operations.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, resource plans, and delivery governance.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid, or traditional approaches based on project needs.
• Coordinate Engineering, QA, DevOps, Design, Product, and business stakeholders.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog coordination, release planning, and milestone tracking.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, and project documentation.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests early.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and communicate project health and decisions.
• Support budget, capacity, vendor, and performance tracking.
