Counter Parts Salesperson

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Counter Parts Salesperson to join our client's team.

The selected candidate will support customers with direct purchases, product enquiries, and parts-related requests while ensuring accurate handling and tracking of goods and materials. This position requires a customer-focused and organised individual who can combine sales support with basic administrative and stock-related duties.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, proactive, and attentive to detail, with strong communication and time management skills. Previous experience within a parts, automotive, logistics, or sales environment would be considered an advantage, although training can be provided. Basic technical knowledge of motor vehicles will help the successful candidate understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with direct purchases and provide information regarding available parts and products.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and support the identification of suitable products.
• Maintain accurate records relating to goods, materials, and sales transactions.
• Support the tracking, organisation, and movement of stock and materials.
• Carry out administrative duties while maintaining an efficient and customer-focused service.

Key Requirements:

• O' Level standard of education with good computer literacy.
• Fluency in Maltese and English.
• Basic knowledge of motor vehicle technical aspects; previous experience in a parts environment is preferred.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, administrative, communication, and time management skills.
• A clean driving licence is preferred, while a Forklift licence will be considered an asset.
