As an HCP Engagement Specialist - Contracting Specialist - Associate, you will engage with clients to support their risk management needs within our Business & Supply Chain Operations network. This role involves contributing to client projects, developing your skills in risk management, and building meaningful client connections. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagement by contributing to risk management projects and initiatives
- Assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs and risk management frameworks
- Conducting contract reviews and identifying potential contractual risks
- Collaborating with teams to develop and apply risk mitigation strategies
- Engaging in risk analysis and reporting to inform decision-making processes
- Participating in the monitoring and evaluation of compliance and risk management standards
- Utilizing knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance to advise on risk governance
- Handling confidential information with discretion and adhering to business ethics
- Assisting in the preparation and negotiation of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Master Agreements
- Contributing to the development of risk management solutions and frameworks within the healthcare sector
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Finance
- Demonstrating knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Sanctions Compliance
