The University of Louisville is seeking to hire a Manager, Student Admissions. Reporting to the Director of Admissions & Community Engagement, the manager for the J.B. Speed School Office of Admissions will lead undergraduate recruitment initiatives and coordinate outreach programs to strengthen the engineering pipeline and expand access to engineering education.
This position will participate in first-time, transfer, and international student recruitment activities, including high school visits, college fairs, transfer events, and campus programs; counsel and assist prospective students and families navigating the university admissions process; develop and manage recruitment initiatives for prospective students in assigned territories; plan and facilitate recruitment and yield programs; develop and foster relationships with schools, community organizations, nonprofit agencies, industry partners, and campus stakeholders; review undergraduate admissions applications; and participate in on-campus events when necessary.
Additionally, this role will coordinate outreach initiatives to enhance engineering awareness and educational opportunities for K-12 students, support STEM programs and community partnerships, assist with developing and implementing engineering camps and workshops, and support the Speed School Student Ambassador Program.
This position will require extensive travel as well as some evening and weekend work.
Target Compensation Maximum:
$72,389.00Target Compensation Minimum:
$48,225.00Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
