Buyer, Sr.

Review, analyze and process purchase requisitions and quotations for materials, components, capital equipment and services. Manage purchase orders and changes based on demand. Understand, maintain, and report weekly KPI's. Maintain records of suppliers, materials, prices, delivery dates and inventories. Manage purchase order (PO) releases to meet demand requirements. Build key supplier relationships to review open action items, performance, demand forecast, and cost reductions. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with 2+ years of experience; or equivalent experience. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,). Working knowledge or experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other procurement related tools. Communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. This is a graduate eligible role. Experience in the semiconductor industry or other high-tech industries. Foundational understanding of commodity market indicators and technical data. Excellent negotiation skills to achieve best value pricing.
