Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Define TBM strategy, vision, and multi-year maturity roadmap 

• Lead change management effort to overcome internal resistance, ensuring teams embrace TBM data 

• Tie TBM vision and strategy to business value 

• Use leverage to hold upstream department heads accountable for fixing broken source data that impacts the TBM model’s accuracy 

• Establish and lead the TBM operating model, governance, and organizational capabilities 

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Technology and Executive Leadership 

• Maintain alignment with the Technology Business Management Council standards 

• Drive enterprise adoption of TBM principles and practices 

• Enable technology investment decisions through financial transparency and business insights 

• Partner with Finance and Technology leadership on planning, optimization, and value realization 

• Establish executive reporting and decision-support frameworks 

• Lead continuous improvement and innovation of TBM capabilities 

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing TBM organization 

• Represent TBM strategy across the enterprise 

• Other Duties as Assigned  

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s Required or 10+ years directing large-scale IT portfolios or IT finance 

Key Requirements

• Executive level stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities. 

• Comprehensive mastery of enterprise IT resource planning, portfolio governance, and FinOps models 

• Direct accountability for department-wide decision making, budgeting infrastructure, and policy enforcement.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $129,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year.

 

 

 

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
