A well-established, veteran-led healthcare organization providing patient-centered outpatient medical services is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its growing primary care team in the San Antonio, Texas area.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across established clinic locations in the San Antonio suburbs, including New Braunfels.
Physicians will benefit from a structured Monday–Friday schedule, a dedicated clinical support team, and AI-assisted documentation to help minimize after-hours charting.

• Patient Volume: Approximately 12 patients per day.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with no weekends or on-call responsibilities.
• Work-Life Balance: Predictable schedule with minimal after-hours documentation.
• Clinical Support: Dedicated support team at each clinic.
• AI-Assisted Documentation: AI-powered note-taking tools prepare clinical notes for physician review and approval.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care only.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct preventive health screenings and routine physical examinations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications
Education
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Licensure & Certification

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.

Compensation & Benefits
