Team
As the Raisin Brand Team, we shape how people across Europe and the US save, invest, and manage their financial futures. Operating at the intersection of creative storytelling, data-driven insights, and strategic media buying, we act as a key driver of growth for our platform. Partnering closely with Design, Product, Content, Comms, and Performance Marketing, we ensure our brand guidelines are executed consistently across every touchpoint. In short: we build a trusted financial brand that customers love.
Your Responsibilities
- Sponsorships & Partner Management: Actively support the operational execution and management of our sponsorship projects (such as our partnership with 1. FC Union Berlin) and liaise with external partners.
- Day-to-Day Brand Management: Gain hands-on experience in core brand management tasks, helping to ensure our Brand Guidelines are consistently applied across all communication channels.
- Creative Project Work: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Content, Communications) and contribute your ideas to overarching brand marketing campaigns.
- Social Media & Brand Alignment: Assist with day-to-day social media operations (e.g., editorial planning and community management), ensuring that all social media activities and visual assets strictly align with our Brand Guidelines.
Your Profile
- Academic Background: You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Media Management., or a related field.
- Location: You are based in Berlin/Brandenburg.
- Language Proficiency: You have excellent communication skills in both German (C1 level or higher, essential for handling local partner communications, e.g., for sponsorships) and English (our official company language). Additional skills in Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, or Dutch are a plus.
- Drive & Curiosity: Extensive prior experience in Brand Marketing is not required. What matters most to us is your genuine enthusiasm for the financial industry, brand strategy, and bringing brand partnerships to life.
- Structured Mindset & Tech-Savviness: You bring strong organizational and project management skills (or a natural talent for keeping projects on track), and you are excited about leveraging AI tools to work smarter and optimize your daily tasks.
