About the Job  

 

You will become part of Danone's Benelux Dairy Marketing team, contributing to the growth and positioning of strong dairy brands such as Oikos and Danio.  

 

As a Brand Management Intern, you will support the Brand Managers on key marketing projects while also taking ownership of your own initiatives.  

 

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Brand Management within a leading FMCG company. You will contribute to a wide range of projects, from analyzing business performance and consumer trends to supporting media campaigns, adapting creative assets, coordinating product renovations and contributing to innovation initiatives, while seeing the direct impact of your work in the marketplace.  

 

Your responsibilities may include: 

• Monitoring business and brand performance, preparing monthly updates and translating key insights into clear recommendations; 

• Analyzing market, category and consumer data to support business and marketing decisions; 

• Supporting innovation and renovation projects, including product launches, portfolio updates and go-to-market preparation; 

• Supporting media campaigns, including creative adaptation, influencer marketing, asset creation and campaign follow-up with media and creative agencies; 

• Conducting and interpreting market research and consumer insights; 

• Coordinating packaging changes, including graphic chain briefs and follow-up; 

• Creating, adapting and coordinating brand, in-store and communication materials for local market needs; 

• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies. 

About You

We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and eager‑to‑learn intern who enjoys working in a dynamic marketing environment.

 

You: 

• Have a strong interest in marketing and brand management;  
• Are curious and analytical, and enjoy using numbers, performance reports and consumer insights to support marketing decisions;  
• Can translate data and insights into clear recommendations, while also bringing a hands-on mindset to brand, media and project work;  
• Are fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus);  
• Are hands-on, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership and responsibility;  
• Are able to manage and switch between multiple projects effectively;  
• Have strong communication skills and can present complex information in a clear and structured way;  
• Are able to work both independently and as part of a team. 

 

 

Practical requirements:

 

• You are available to start in January 2027;
• The internship lasts 6 months, 5 days per week;
• You are willing to work 1–2 days per week from the office (Brussels)
