Description
Short Intro and About the Job
Are you passionate about marketing, media, content and digital communication? Would you like to gain hands-on experience at the heart of the marketing ecosystem of one of the world's leading FMCG companies?
Join Danone's Integrated Brand Communication (IBC) team and discover how impactful campaigns come to life, from strategy and briefing to content creation, media activation and performance tracking. Throughout your internship, you'll collaborate with internal experts, agencies and creative partners while contributing to real projects for iconic brands such as Alpro, Evian, Actimel and Nutricia.
The IBC team sits at the heart of Danone's marketing ecosystem, connecting media, content, creative, data and partners to deliver impactful campaigns across multiple brands and channels. As an IBC Intern, you'll play a key coordination and execution role, helping projects move forward while gaining valuable exposure to modern marketing practices, creative operations and digital innovation.
Gain hands-on experience through a balanced role: 50% Media & Campaign Support + Team & Admin Support, and 50% Content & D-Studio Coordination. This is a practical, real-impact internship where you help campaigns and creative workflows move forward — not just observe them.
What You’ll Do (and Learn)
The internship is deliberately structured around two equally weighted areas of responsibility:
50% — Media & Campaign Support + Team & Admin Support
- Coordinate with media agencies, creative partners and key stakeholders to keep campaigns on track.
- Support campaign briefs and specifications, ensuring inputs, timelines and deliverables are complete and aligned.
- Manage campaign actions, timelines and deliverables through Wrike and Realm.
- Prepare and share weekly campaign status updates across the Belgium and Netherlands IBC teams.
- Support campaign reporting, recap preparation and consolidation of key learnings.
- Follow up on purchase orders, quotations and administrative actions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain templates, trackers, campaign documentation and shared drives.
- Support the planning and coordination of team events, workshops and meetings.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution, agency collaboration, project management and the operational backbone of a high-performing marketing team.
50% — Content & D-Studio Coordination
- Coordinate the D-Studio workflow from briefing through production, delivery and rework.
- Maintain clear visibility on project status, priorities, deadlines, blockers and asset delivery.
- Check brief completeness and follow up on missing inputs with Brand Managers, agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Support the development and structuring of creative briefs using the Better Briefs methodology.
- Maintain asset inventories and support compliance with DAM, naming, storage and process requirements.
- Review assets against campaign requirements, brand guidelines and agreed quality criteria, escalating decisions to the relevant owner when needed.
- Support agencies and stakeholders in prioritising projects and coordinating creative timelines.
- Build platform expertise through test-and-learn activity, including Pencil AI, and document practical learnings, possibilities and limitations.
- Follow up on the quality, consistency and compliance of assets generated through Pencil AI.
- Support onboarding of teams and partners to relevant D-Studio tools, workflows and processes.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in creative operations, briefing excellence, asset governance, AI-enabled production workflows and collaboration with Brand Managers, D-Studio and creative partners.
