Job Summary

Clean Team Inc. is currently seeking dependable, motivated, and adaptable individuals to join our team as an Operations Support Technician serving Indianapolis and the surrounding communities.

This is a dynamic position for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. No two days are exactly alike. As an Operations Support Technician, you'll play an essential role in supporting our field operations by delivering supplies, assisting cleaning teams, covering open shifts when needed, and helping ensure our customers continue receiving exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cleaning supplies, equipment, and other materials to customer locations
• Assist Area Managers and cleaning teams with daily operational needs
• Provide cleaning coverage at customer facilities when staffing support is needed
• Travel between commercial facilities throughout the Indianapolis area
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, managers, and fellow team members
• Help maintain company quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Safely transport cleaning equipment and supplies between locations
• Complete assigned tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications

Successful candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, customer service, or operations experience is preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Current automobile insurance
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while adapting to changing priorities
• Comfortable traveling throughout the Indianapolis area during the workday
• Ability to lift and transport cleaning equipment and supplies as needed
