Description
As an HRIS Specialist, SAP SuccessFactors, you will join our Global HR Technology team during an exciting transformation from Workday to SAP SuccessFactors. You will play a key role in supporting the successful rollout and ongoing operation of SAP SuccessFactors, with a particular focus on Recruiting, Talent, and Performance processes.
Working closely with HR, recruiters, managers, and global stakeholders, you will help deliver an excellent user experience through system support, process improvements, testing, training, and knowledge management.
What You Will Do
Support the migration from Workday to SAP SuccessFactors, particularly across Recruiting, Talent, and Performance processes.
Provide first-line SAP SuccessFactors support to employees, managers, recruiters, and HR teams.
Support Recruiting processes through issue analysis, process support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support Talent and Performance processes, including annual cycle preparation, testing, user guidance, and troubleshooting.
Help establish and maintain an effective SAP SuccessFactors support model following go-live.
Create and maintain knowledge articles, FAQs, user guides, tutorials, and other support materials.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, training preparation, and hypercare activities.
Collaborate with HR and country teams to understand user needs and enhance the overall system experience.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes, user guidance, or system configuration.
Support release testing and ongoing system enhancements to drive continuous improvement.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS support, HR operations, recruiting operations, talent management support, or shared services environments.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally within Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Talent Management, Succession, or Employee Central.
Strong service mindset with the ability to support employees, managers, recruiters, and HR stakeholders effectively.
Ability to communicate system-related topics clearly and confidently to non-technical users.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing tickets, testing activities, and documentation.
Experience creating user guides, FAQs, tutorials, knowledge articles, or other user support content.
Good understanding of HR processes, including recruiting, performance management, talent processes, and employee lifecycle events.
Experience with HR ticketing systems, knowledge management practices, or support operations.
Exposure to user acceptance testing (UAT), training preparation, hypercare, or system implementation support.
Familiarity with workflows, notifications, and email templates within HR systems.
Experience supporting users within a large, global organization is preferred.
SAP SuccessFactors certification, or a willingness to pursue certification, is highly desirable.
A hands-on, pragmatic approach and the ability to thrive in a transformation environment.
Curiosity and enthusiasm to deepen SAP SuccessFactors expertise.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
