Senior Hardware Engineer

 

 

 工作职责/ Job Description:

• Hardware System Architecture and Solution Design

Participate in product requirement reviews and translate business requirements into specific hardware technical specifications (accuracy, power consumption, response speed, adaptability, etc.).

Responsible for the overall hardware architecture design of the sensor, including solution selection and feasibility assessment for the sensing end, signal conditioning, main control unit, communication interfaces, and power management modules.

Monitor cutting-edge industry technologies, conduct preliminary research and analysis on new sensors, low-power MCUs, communication modules, and other components, and complete system evaluations and prototype validation.

• Circuit Design and Implementation

Responsible for the selection, certification, and supply chain management of key components to ensure a balance between cost, performance, and supply stability.

Complete schematic design and PCB layout and routing, addressing issues related to analog signal integrity, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI), thermal design, and miniaturization and stacking—particularly interference-resistant designs for weak signal processing.

Use simulation tools to perform preliminary simulations of key circuits (such as power integrity and signal chains), optimize design parameters, and reduce trial-and-error costs.

• Debugging, Testing, and Validation

Responsible for prototype board fabrication, debugging, and troubleshooting; resolve various technical issues at the hardware level to ensure functionality meets design specifications.

Develop detailed hardware test plans and standards, including functional, performance, and reliability testing (high and low temperature, vibration, aging, etc.).

Work closely with algorithm engineers to provide high-quality raw data, assist with noise filtering, feature extraction, and data calibration, and optimize sensor driver control models.

• Production Support

Lead the new product introduction process; resolve hardware manufacturing issues during pilot and mass production; and collaborate with the factory to improve yield and control costs.

Manage version iterations of hardware designs to ensure traceability of design changes.

• Technical Documentation

Draft and maintain a complete set of R&D documentation, including hardware design specifications, BOMs, schematics, PCB Gerber files, test reports, and user manuals.

Establish a product hardware knowledge base.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

Communicate effectively with departments such as mechanical design, software, algorithms, and testing to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Assist the supply chain and quality departments in providing technical oversight and support to suppliers.

Mentor junior engineers in solving technical challenges, participate in design reviews, and enhance the team’s overall technical proficiency.

Respond promptly to technical issues raised by the market and customers, providing root cause analysis and solutions.

负责关键元器件的选型、认证及供应链管理，确保成本、性能与供货稳定性的平衡。

完成原理图绘制及PCB布局布线，解决模拟信号完整性、电磁兼容（EMC/EMI）、热设计及小型化堆叠问题，特别是针对微弱信号处理的抗干扰设计。

利用仿真工具对关键电路（如电源完整性、信号链路）进行前期仿真，优化设计参数，降低试错成本。

• 调试、测试与验证

负责样机的制板、调试及故障排查，解决硬件层面的各类技术问题，确保功能符合设计规范。

制定详细的硬件测试计划与标准，包括功能、性能、可靠性测试（高低温、振动、老化等）。

与算法工程师紧密合作，提供高质量的原始数据，协助进行噪声过滤、特征提取及数据校正，优化传感器驱动控制模型。

• 生产支持

主导新产品导入过程，解决试产及量产过程中的硬件工艺问题，配合工厂进行良率提升与成本控制。

负责硬件设计的版本迭代管理，确保设计变更的可追溯性。

• 技术文档撰写

撰写并维护全套研发文档，包括硬件设计说明书、BOM表、原理图、PCB Gerber文件、测试报告及用户手册等。

建立产品硬件知识库。

• 跨部门协作

与结构、软件、算法、测试等部门高效沟通，确保项目按质按时交付。

协助供应链与质量部门，对供应商进行技术管控与支持。

指导初级工程师解决技术难题，参与设计评审，提升团队整体技术水平。

快速响应市场及客户反馈的技术问题，提供根本原因分析及解决方案。

任职要求/Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Information, or a related field
• Strong ability to read technical literature in English
• At least 5 years of hardware development experience; candidates with experience in sensor circuit development are preferred
• Proficiency in analog/digital circuit design and related signal processing knowledge; familiarity with microcontroller development
• Proficiency in at least one commonly used EDA tool (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence, etc.)
• Strong hands-on skills; proficient in using test equipment such as soldering stations, multimeters, and oscilloscopes
• Strong logical thinking skills; ability to independently analyze and solve problems; project management experience
• Strong learning ability; passion for technology; a spirit of in-depth exploration in professional knowledge

• 5年以上硬件开发经验，具备传感器电路相关开发经验者优先
• 精通模拟/数字电路设计及相关信号处理知识，熟悉单片开发

• 动手能力强，熟练使用 焊台、万用表示波器等测试工具
• 逻辑思维能力较强，具备独立分析和解决问题的能力，具备项目管理经验
• 学习能力强，热爱技术，在专业知识方面有钻研精神
