Essential Job Duties
- This is an in-office postion in Manhattan where you will partner with hiring managers to manage hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies & ideas for recruitment, identify & attract talent, & select candidates.
- Headhunting is a must! We are looking for top tier talent
- Source and Outreach: Build active candidate pipelines using cold calls, emails, networking, and job boards.
- Evaluate candidates to check their communication skills, drive, and past sales performance.
- Ensure a frictionless candidate experience across a maximum of three interviews. Deliver a fast, transparent, and candidate-centric experience at every stage - from first outreach to through offer acceptance and onboarding. Send prompt acknowledgement and status updates to all candidates at key milestones; no candidate is left without a response.
- You will serve as a true talent advisor, bringing market intelligence, sharp candidate assessment and a proven ability to close in a fast-moving, scarce-talent environment
- Ensure Workday compliance is met
- Maintain current knowledge of necessary and applicable laws, regulations and trends in recruitment.
- Help support the college recruitment process by developing & maintaining relationships with community organizations, colleges and universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, & employment agency contacts to help identify and source qualified talent.
- Attend career fairs.

Experience
- 3+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience.
- Sales recruiting experience is a must.
- Experience with multi-site locations a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Software Requirements
- Very apt on Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software. Strong internet sourcing skills.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting
