The Facilities Coordination Intern will support the Facilities Management team with day-to-day workplace operations and administrative activities. This role provides exposure to facilities management, vendor coordination, employee support, and workplace services while assisting with maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive work environment.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with tracking and responding to facility-related requests and service tickets.
- Support coordination of maintenance, repairs, and workplace service activities.
- Help maintain facilities records, reports, and vendor documentation.
- Assist with workplace inspections and audits to identify operational needs.
- Coordinate logistics for office moves, meetings, and employee workspace requests.
- Communicate with employees, vendors, and building management regarding facility matters.
- Support inventory management of office and facility supplies.
- Assist with special projects related to workplace experience, safety, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Interest in workplace operations, facilities management, or corporate real estate.
