Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing workflows and designing innovative business processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires creating comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new processes and technologies. The role includes close collaboration with various business units to define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business needs, facilitating smooth transitions and effective adoption of new systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and technology implementations.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate process designs and facilitate stakeholder engagement.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
