Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Identify DOT compliance requirements, company needs, and necessary repairs as directed.
• Inspect tires and equipment and identify maintenance, repair, or replacement needs.
• Follow the company’s tire program for each unit and accurately identify required services.
• Ensure detailed and accurate information is documented in the appropriate computer systems and communicated to the Shop or service provider as needed.
• Follow all applicable Tire Industry Association (TIA) rules, regulations, and safety practices.
• Address driver and customer needs while providing professional and responsive customer service.
• Follow all established procedures, protocols, and safety guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate recommendations to management.
• Identify and share best practices with team members.
• Maintain a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

​Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Windows, and related programs.
• No relocation assistance is available for this position.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Minimum of one year of consistent employment history or education.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and crawl underneath equipment as required
