Works collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical departments to assure that HR policies and procedures are met. Supports and develops relationships with business units. Provides generalist support with focus on employee relations/conflict resolution, compliance and process improvement.- Works with managers at all levels, CHRO and others to address all aspects of employee relations for areas/departments of responsibility, including corrective actions/PIPs, investigations, effective introductory and annual evaluations, and terminations.
- Works with HR team, managers within areas/departments of responsibility, and others to implement employee retention strategies, management coaching and development, etc.
- Works with areas/departments of responsibility for employee off-boarding, including final paychecks and processing in HRIS for involuntary terminations, exit interviews for voluntary terminations, etc.
- Serves as front-line support and an accessible resource for employees at all levels in regard to HR related questions or needs.
- Processes all status changes within the HRIS to ensure data integrity and accurate metrics reporting.
- Works with CHRO and managers to ensure employment related legal and regulatory compliance.
- Participates in efforts to ensure service excellence, quality and continuous improvement of HR processes and the employee experience.
- Attends and participates in HR/Sturdy meetings and committees, as assigned.
- Utilizes HR systems for processing of HR transactions and trains and advises managers and other users on doing so.
- Consults with other members of the HR Team and with management on employee compensation reviews, changes, etc.
- Utilizes outstanding customer service skills in all interactions with those within and outside of Sturdy.
- Performs other general and secondary tasks as needed or assigned.
Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience
Proven experience partnering with, advising and coaching managers.
Knowledge of common HR policies and practices.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and employment related regulatory areas.
Excellent oral and written language skills.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently, effectively and professionally multi-task in an extremely busy, dynamic environment.
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Ability to foster positive working relationships and collaboration with colleagues, visitors, managers and employees at all levels.
Customer and solution focused.
Strong understanding of the requirements of confidentiality and discretion.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:
Experience providing HR generalist support in a hospital setting strongly preferred.
Experience with HR payroll/personnel software system(s). Workday experience a strong plus.
Experience utilizing social media tools for recruitment.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required or related discipline
BA or BS in human resources, business administration, or other directly related field preferred.

Salary Range: $87,015.12-$135,323.52-
Salary Range Details
The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value Sturdy Health’s benefits package (if applicable), which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement. For annual salaries this is based on full-time employment.
