- Lead the deployment of advanced Operations Technology solutions that support terminal modernization and operational excellence.
- Work closely with global teams, suppliers, and local stakeholders across a highly collaborative international environment.
- Build expertise through hands-on involvement in large-scale technology deployments from roadmap creation through stable operations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that directly influence terminal performance, safety, and long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end deployment of Operations Technology products, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and safety requirements.
- Manage and develop a team of Operations Technology specialists while coordinating suppliers, project teams, and terminal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through daily management routines, standard work, problem-solving activities, process confirmation, and kaizen initiatives.
- Oversee deployment planning, integration, testing, commissioning, go-live support, and transition to stable operations.
- Manage deployment risks, product integrity, performance reporting, stakeholder communication, and escalation processes.
- Ensure operational readiness through capability building, knowledge transfer, change management, and local product adoption.
- Maintain operational support, inventory control, spare parts management, preventive maintenance plans, and system performance monitoring for deployed OT solutions.
What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong Operations Technology expertise, including Terminal Operating Systems (TOS), Equipment Control Systems, PLC/SCADA, industrial networks, API/middleware integration, OPC UA, 5G wireless technologies, cybersecurity, and FAT/SAT/UAT testing.
- Proven project management experience, preferably within container terminals, ports, industrial operations, or similar complex technology environments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain Project Management Plans (PMPs), manage competing priorities, and deliver deployment outcomes in dynamic operational settings.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and people leadership skills, with the ability to work autonomously and drive organizational change.
- English proficiency and a valid TWIC card are required.
