SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As a Senior Sales Executive - Decorative you will be responsible in promoting and selling a range of Decorative products to new/existing/specified potential customers by utilizing Jotun’s sales tools and techniques to develop strong customer relationships to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.This role is based in Bahrain and reports to the Sales Manager for Decorative Projects.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth of Decorative Products within the assigned territory through proactive customer engagement, regular market visits, and effective relationship management.
Develop and execute sales and promotional activities, collaborating with marketing initiatives and campaigns to achieve territory sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, dealers, and project stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely resolution of inquiries and complaints.
Identify new business opportunities and market potential through regular market mapping, area audits, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
Utilize CRM systems effectively to maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, market intelligence, and business performance data.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage collections in line with assigned targets to support healthy cash flow and working capital objectives.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies, processes, and standards while contributing to sustainable business growth and operational excellence.
Provide regular market insights, customer feedback, and business development recommendations to support strategic decision-making and territory expansion

Qualifications:
Required, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
Required, minimum 4-6 years of relevant sales experience in the paints, coatings, construction materials, or building materials industry.
