Focus areas: COM specialisation.
- Analyse requirements and understand business needs.
- Develop, configure and customise solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Apply unit testing to validate the behaviour and robustness of new features.
- Contribute to defining the most suitable technology strategies and solutions for the project.
- Document all features and configurations developed, ensuring traceability and easy maintenance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Apex programming, including Triggers, APIs and integrations.
- Implementation and configuration in Salesforce Communications Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Field Service.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio).
- Use of GitHub and Visual Studio Code for development.
- Ability to understand business needs and support functional analysis.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Proactive attitude towards solving challenges.
- Team player.
- Analytical skills and critical thinking.
