Job Summary

This job supports cable plant extension and relocation construction across business lines. Additionally, it supports contract workforce, conducts quality control, and reconciles labor and material. It helps develop and implement strategic plans and designs, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Developers to align infrastructure requirements with service availability for residential and commercial properties
• Expanding address databases by identifying and incorporating new serviceable locations into the billing system
• Monitoring data project lists to engage the team in capitalizing on new construction opportunities
• Working with Field Operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Overseeing contract workforce to ensure adherence to workflow standards and contractual agreements
• Performing final quality control and plant verification to validate the accuracy of as-built documentation
• Executing final labor and material reconciliation in compliance with Company Capital guidelines
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
