Buscamos un estudiante con interés en procesos, mejora continua y gestión operacional, orientado al análisis y documentación de información. El practicante tendrá la oportunidad de conocer integralmente la cadena de atención al cliente en una empresa industrial líder, participando en proyectos transversales relacionados con:
Gestión de pedidos y seguimiento de órdenes.
Administración de contratos de clientes estratégicos.
Gestión de reclamos y atención postventa.
Desarrollo de procedimientos bajo estándares de calidad.
Implementación de buenas prácticas de Customer Service.
Análisis de indicadores de servicio (OTD, OTIF, Fill Rate, Nivel de Servicio, entre otros).
Estandarización y digitalización de procesos.
Proyectos de mejora de experiencia de clientes internos y externos.
La práctica ofrece una experiencia integral en gestión de procesos, permitiendo desarrollar competencias en análisis de datos, documentación, trabajo colaborativo, gestión de proyectos y mejora continua.
Carreras: Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería en Información y Control de Gestión, Ingeniería en Administración o carreras afines.
We are looking for a proactive and analytical student with an interest in process management, continuous improvement, and customer service operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end customer service process within a leading industrial company, supporting projects related to:
Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes.
Key Account Contract Administration.
Customer Claims Management and After-Sales Support.
Development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Customer Service best practices and Customer Experience initiatives.
Service KPI analysis (OTD, OTIF, Fill Rate, Service Level, Claims, among others).
Process standardization and digitalization projects.
Cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.
Documentation and knowledge management activities.
This internship offers exposure to operational excellence, process governance, customer service management, and continuous improvement methodologies, providing an excellent opportunity to develop analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Fields of Study: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Information and Management Control Engineering, or related disciplines.
