The Compensation Package
- Weekly Earnings: $1,500 – $1,700 (Up to $100K annually)
- Base Pay: $0.82 – $0.85 CPM (based on experience)
- Unload Pay: $245 per trailer
- Stop Pay: $25 per stop
- Backhaul Pay: $70 per backhaul
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid out across 180 days)
- $337.50/wk Summer Bonus (during active promo periods)
Job Details & Schedule
- Route: Regional runs across IL, WI, IN, MI, IA, and KY
- Miles: 800 – 1,000 miles/week average
- Freight: 100% touch freight (physically demanding store unloads)
- Home Time: Weekly for a 34-hour reset (shifts vary, Sunday–Saturday availability required)
- Equipment: Freightliner & International tractors
- Paid Training: 2-day ride-along ($150/day)
Qualifications
- Active Class A CDL
- At least 3 months of CDL-A experience in the last 3 years
- Ability to handle physical, stacked freight unloads safely
- Clean driving record & background
- Not SAP Friendly
- Truck parking at distribution center/terminal only (no home parking)
- Bring 2 weeks of supplies to orientation
