The Senior Analyst P2P is responsible for daily management of accounts payable in accordance with the SOP, policy, control and compliance in place.

This position reports to the P2P Team Lead and is under Cepheid Operating Company and part of Pall Center for Financial Services (CFS) located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• To manage the end to end of accounts payable process which includes claims review, invoice processing, month end task and other AP tasks
• To handle and resolve queries related to staff claims
• To understand the accounts payable policies, procedures and process flows
• To work closely with local finance team on account payables process, initiate process improvements and streamlining the process
• Manage ad hoc assignments

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Candidate with a higher qualification or professional qualification in either Accounting or Finance
• A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in accounts payable is required preferably within Shared Services operation
• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
• Strong negotiation & communication skills in Portuguese
• Experience working with internal & external stakeholders is an advantage
