This position reports to:
Sales Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
1. Deepen penetration of existing project customers in Southern Jiangsu and surrounding Shanghai; build strategic account plans and increase MODP product share within each account.
深度开发苏南及上海周边现有项目类客户，制定客户战略计划，提升MODP产品在客户中的份额。
2. Identify and develop new project customers in Southern Jiangsu and surrounding Shanghai, with focus on priority industries: Data center, 3C semiconductors，New material, Marine, Crane, Chemical, Paper&Pulp.
深度开发苏南及上海周边新项目类客户，重点聚焦数据中心，3C半导体，新材料，船舶，提升，化工，造纸等行业。
3. Conduct industry-specific market analysis.
开展区域内项目类客户行业市场分析。
4. Develop new channel partners to expand project coverage in underserved industries and areas: Data center,3C, Chemical, Marine and Kunshan, Changshu，Zhangjiagang, Taicang.
在薄弱领域(数据中心，3C，化工，船舶/昆山，常熟，张家港，太仓)开发新合作伙伴，扩大项目类客户覆盖，建立各地区行业最终用户人脉关系。
5. Collaborate closely with existing local channel partners to deliver comprehensive sales and technical support for project customer development.
与本地现有渠道合作伙伴密切配合，给与项目客户开发销售支持。
6. Promote integrated automation solutions — combining PLC and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) — within the project customer base.
在项目类客户中推进PLC和变频器整合自动化解决方案的销售。
Qualifications for the role
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
电气工程、自动化、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2. Minimum 8 years of sales experience in industrial automation, LV drives, or project-related business.
5-10年以上工业自动化、低压变频器相关业务销售经验。
3. Solid knowledge of LV drives, PLC, and Servo products and their applications in project industries.
熟悉低压变频器、PLC及伺服产品及其行业的应用。
4.Strong local market knowledge of Southern Jiangsu Suzhou and Shanghai industries and customer landscape.
深入了解江苏南部，苏州及上海客户资源。
5.Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
具备较强的沟通、谈判和客户关系管理能力。
6.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a field-based role.
积极主动、结果导向，能够独立开展客户拜访和业务开发工作。
7.Willingness to travel frequently within Southern Jiangsu Suzhou and Shanghai region.
能适应在江苏南部，苏州及上海频繁出差的工作要求。
