Seamless FM is seeking an Account Manager to own client relationships and coordinate facility services across assigned accounts. The right person is responsive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple service requests while keeping clients informed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate work orders from intake through completion with operations teams and service providers.
• Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding work, and escalate urgent issues.
• Provide clients with clear updates and resolve service concerns.
• Review account performance and identify opportunities to improve service.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, client communications, and account activity.
• Support client meetings, reporting, renewals, and account growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, client services, facilities management, property services, or a related field.
• Experience managing client relationships and resolving service issues.
• Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage several priorities at once.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with work order or CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience coordinating vendors or contractors is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
