Sales Receptionist

Ingersoll Auto of Pawling is seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. 

Duties:

• Greet and welcome guests
• Answer and direct phone calls 
• Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred but willing to train the right candidate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Proficient in computer applications
