Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Management Analyst. This position will be located at our Mission Systems sector in Sunnyvale, CA.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s Supply Chain Business Management Organization.

This position oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Basic Qualifications:

 

Bachelors degree and a minimum of two years of work experience in supply chain, business management, project management and/or customer service; Associate’s degree and a minimum of four years of work experience in supply chain, business management, project management and/or customer service; will also consider HS diploma and a minimum of six years of work experience in supply chain, business management, project management and/or customer service 

U.S. citizenship

 Ability to obtain and maintain a government secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications: 

SAP

Active U.S. Government security clearance

Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
