Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and strategically minded Senior Benefits Analyst to support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of assigned global benefits and Total Rewards programs. The ideal candidate is a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and can seamlessly transition between high-level strategy design and hands-on administrative execution.

About the Role

• Lead the strategic design, implementation, and day-to-day administration of all employee benefits programs across the LATAM region.
• Manage the annual benefits renewal process for all LATAM countries. Partner closely with local brokers and vendors to negotiate competitive rates, favorable terms, and comprehensive coverage that aligns with the company’s Total Rewards philosophy.
• Develop and deliver clear, targeted benefits communications that increase employee awareness, engagement and utilization of regional benefit programs.
• Propose strategic enhancements to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant in each local market.
• Oversee all benefits-related financial operations for the region, including the accurate reconciliation, auditing, and processing of vendor invoices.
• Support and facilitate new hire benefit orientations. 

• Support the strategy, implementation, communications, and continuous improvement of assigned global benefits initiatives, including well-being programs. 
• Audits benefit processes and data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as a back up and support to regional team members. 
• Manage additional global benefits programs and projects as assigned, based on business needs and team priorities. 
• Partner with cross-functional internal stakeholders and external vendors, to deliver effective and compliant benefits programs.

Ad-hoc Projects & Compliance

• Manage or contribute to cross functional global benefits projects, including program implementation, process improvement, vendor management, and employee experience initiatives.  

About You

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration and strategy, with specific hands-on experience managing LATAM or international benefits programs.
• Demonstrated track record of designing and rolling out successful corporate benefit programs. 
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with meticulous attention to detail regarding billing reconciliation, cost projections, and budget management.
• Proficiency in major HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Language: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or Portuguese) is highly preferred to facilitate effective communication with LATAM vendors and employees.
