The product is proven and the client list speaks for itself. Brands come back for repeat orders and multi-location rollouts because the quality and delivery are consistently excellent.
The next step is building a dedicated new business function to match that reputation. That's where you come in.
**The role**
This is a true new business role. You won't be inheriting a book of accounts. You'll be opening doors with enterprise brands across Europe and turning first conversations into signed signage contracts.
Once a client signs, an experienced internal team handles all delivery. Your focus stays where it should: pipeline, new accounts, and growing relationships over time.
## Tasks
**What you'll do**
- Identify and win new enterprise brand accounts across Germany and Europe, from first outreach through to signed contract
- Build relationships with Heads of Brand, Retail Marketing, Visual Merchandising, and senior marketing leaders
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving marketing, retail operations, and procurement
- Scope complex signage projects with clients and brief the internal team clearly from day one
- Lead tenders, RFPs, pricing negotiations, and framework agreements
- Grow accounts over time through repeat orders, upsell, and multi-location rollouts
- Represent the company at selected trade fairs and industry events such as EuroShop
## Requirements
**What you'll bring**
- 2-4 years of new business or key account experience selling complex physical projects to enterprise brands
- Hands-on experience with procurement, including tenders, RFPs, and framework agreements
- A genuine hunter mentality and comfort building pipeline from scratch
- A structured approach to managing a pipeline and keeping complex deals moving
- Native-level German and professional English
**Nice to have**
- An existing network among brand, retail marketing, or visual merchandising leaders in DACH
- A background in signage, brand experience, retail or shopper marketing agencies, POS and visual merchandising, shopfitting, trade fair construction, event agencies with retail or hospitality clients, or large-format production
- Experience working trade fairs as a lead generation channel
