As a Senior Staff Technician Maintenance in our Manufacturing and Operations team, your contribution ensures that innovation never stands still. Together, we make reliability our strongest asset. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Provide line support for equipment setup, recovery and corrective maintenance to meet KPIs defined in respective functional area Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and complete PM documentation as required (e-checklist and TECO) Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom and Safety Protocol Support the Tools installation as being required Troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root cause and perform corrective action to bring equipment up to support production/Plan and execute projects to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies (Speed/Cost/Quality) Train junior technician to attain skills and competencies for line sustaining activities Increase in responsibilities as well as depth and breadth with competency level of the tasks executed and technical expertise acquired through professional experience on the job according to targeted role Contributes to the accuracy of quality in the area and can therefore impact closely related work teams Work as a team member of an integrated team to maximise tool availability and process yield Must be able to understand priorities of work in progress Requires working with toxic gases/chemicals, high voltage and mechanical hazards with respective personal protective equipment Identify safety requirements including lockout/tagout, and write required procedures Tracks and analyses spare and consumables usage to ensure availability for production support Solves known problems using basic troubleshooting skills and can function independently in specified areas Provides on-the-job training to new team members Troubleshoot, diagnose and solve difficult solve infrequent problems independently in specified areas by utilizing methodical problem solving and Statistical Process Control Must have good communication skills as they interact with manufacturing and engineering in addition to own team Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Diploma holder in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical/Electronic or related field Competent in Preventive
