Jr. Marketing Specialist

The Junior Marketing Specialist supports the execution of marketing campaigns and events by coordinating project activities, maintaining marketing systems and data, and assisting with event logistics and administrative processes. Working closely with Marketing Managers and Senior Marketing Specialists, this role helps ensure campaigns and events are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting lead management, reporting, and marketing operations activities.

Accountability:

Marketing Campaign Execution & Project Coordination

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various marketing channels.
• Assist with campaign setup, scheduling, tracking, and coordination of deliverables.
• Maintain and update project tasks, timelines, and status updates within Monday.com.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative resources, and vendors to ensure campaign deliverables are completed on time.
• Monitor assigned tasks and follow up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support quality assurance reviews of marketing materials, emails, and campaign assets prior to deployment.
• Maintain campaign documentation and project records.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and operational activities that support campaign execution.
• Manage multiple assignments and priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

 

Marketing Automation, CRM & Lead Management

• Support campaign execution activities within Pardot and Salesforce.
• Build and edit email templates, forms, landing pages, and campaign assets following established processes and guidelines.
• Assist with public list creation, suppression list maintenance, audience segmentation requests, and other campaign support activities.
• Perform lead imports, campaign member updates, and database maintenance activities.
• Support lead routing and lead follow-up processes to ensure timely distribution to sales representatives.
• Generate standard reports and assist in gathering data for campaign, lead, and event reporting.
• Support tracking and documentation of campaign activities and performance metrics.
• Assist with Salesforce campaign administration and reporting activities.

 

Event Management & Logistics

• Support the planning and execution of conferences, tradeshows, customer events, webinars, CLE programs, and other marketing-sponsored events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including ordering promotional items, exhibit materials, giveaways, signage, apparel, and other event-related materials.
• Manage shipping, tracking, delivery, and returning event materials and supplies.
• Maintain event inventories and coordinate replenishment of marketing materials as needed.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and internal stakeholders regarding event participation, requirements, timelines, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare pre-show briefing documents and event summaries, including attendee information, event objectives, schedules, lead retrieval instructions, and other event details.
• Assist with registration management, attendee tracking, and event documentation.
• Coordinate vendor orders and logistics to ensure event materials arrive accurately and on schedule.
• Support the collection and organization of event requirements, deadlines, sponsorship deliverables, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of event logistics, shipments, registrations, and event deliverables.
• Route post-event leads to the appropriate sales representatives and support lead tracking and follow-up activities.
• Assist with post-event reporting, reconciliation, and documentation.
• Support multiple events simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

 

Reporting, Data Management & Administrative Support

• Maintain marketing databases through updates and record maintenance activities.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation for marketing initiatives and events.
• Support fulfillment activities, lead tracking, and data management processes.
• Maintain marketing documentation, project files, and operational records.
• Assist with invoice processing, purchase requests, and administrative requirements as needed.
• Support special projects and departmental initiatives assigned by management.
• Perform routine administrative and operational tasks in support of team objectives.

 

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience in doing Marketing Campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident in dealing effectively with internal and external customers.
• Ability to calmly organize and prioritize your workload as you will be working across many different customer groups.
• Experience in a marketing tools and project management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to relate information into actionable recommendations to optimize sales, marketing, and business initiatives.
• Proven customer service skills and strong customer focus required.
• Ability to learn various internal customer, sales tools, and related applications.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the sales organization and develop and maintain solid working relationships with those teams to establish trust.
• Ability to take direction and work independently yet can work in a team-driven atmosphere.
• Experience in Content Management and Copywriting are a plus
• Knowledgeable in project management tools like Monday.Com, CRM, Salesforce | a plus
• Knowledgeable in SalesPro and Pardot are a plus
• Willing to work on Night Shift
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
